Expertise
Antonia assists clients active in the Romanian gambling industry, covering both online and land-based operations and services providers. Her practice primarily involves analyzing the applicable legal framework and providing guidance necessary to ensure that companies remain compliant with specific regulatory requirements.
She provides day-to-day support and practical solutions for the compliant legal and operational functioning of the clients’ businesses, preparing, among others, legal overviews and memoranda on matters of direct or potential impact arising under the applicable legislation. Antonia liaises with the National Gambling Office (ONJN) in connection with the regulatory aspects related to ongoing client matters.
In addition to her focus on gambling law, she has previous experience in criminal law and is currently involved in advising on immigration-related matters.
