Miruna is a litigator, focusing her practice on consumer protection, gambling, and intellectual property disputes.
Her professional experience includes competition law matters, having assisted in investigations conducted by the Romanian Competition Council and provided legal support in administrative litigation involving the Council. Thus, Miruna’s professional background includes assisting domestic and international corporations and entrepreneurs navigating the highly regulated European legal framework and maintaining ongoing communication with state institutions.
After graduating as valedictorian, Miruna achieved the highest score nationwide in the 2024 Bar Examination. During her university studies, she substantially explored the field of private law and participated in the “Hexagon” National Competition as a member of the Civil Law team, expanding her comparative-law perspective through the British Law Centre programme in collaboration with the University of Bucharest.
