Raluca is well-versed in designing and implementing corporate functions and services procedures and processes definition, including in relation to office management (facilities renting, space planning and design, premises relocation, vendor relationship management), marketing (corporate communication, media relations, corporate events and other social function management) and support services (HR and accounting services procurement and liaison, records management).
