Expertise
Victor advises clients on regulatory, licensing, and compliance matters concerning the Romanian gaming and gambling sector.
His work includes guiding operators and B2B services providers through licensing procedures, liaising with relevant authorities (including the Romanian National Gambling Office), and ensuring ongoing compliance with sector-specific legal requirements. He also provides day-to-day support on commercial and corporate matters relevant to both online and land-based operators.
Complementing his current practice, Victor previously gained substantial experience in real estate law. In his previous role, he advised major developers and tenants on complex leasing transactions, permitting matters, and regulatory compliance throughout the full development cycle of large-scale commercial projects.
