Francesca provides paralegal support to legal professionals within the firm’s gaming and gambling regulatory practice, focused on both online and land-based operators and service providers. She contributes to analyses of the applicable legal and regulatory framework, with particular emphasis on compliance with the requirements issued by the National Gambling Office (ONJN).
In more details, she assists in preparing regulatory overviews and conducting in-depth research on gambling legislation and its practical application. Francesca also supports day-to-day legal and operational matters, contributing to the structuring of documentation and the monitoring of regulatory developments relevant to the industry.
Her work involves interaction with regulatory authorities, including the ONJN, and supporting ongoing compliance efforts for clients operating in a highly regulated environment, helping ensure alignment with evolving legal requirements and administrative procedures.
Francesca’s varied academic background, including in International Relations and European Studies, combined with her experience as an intern within the Romanian Senate, ensures her a solid understanding of legislative processes and regulatory frameworks. She has a strong interest in domestic and international politics, which complements her analytical approach to legal and regulatory matters.
