Expertise
Raluca is a dispute resolution lawyer, representing local and international clients before Romanian courts and public authorities in civil, commercial and administrative disputes.
More recently, Raluca has been extensively involved in gambling-related litigation, assisting clients in administrative proceedings arising from the regulatory framework applicable to operators and their interaction with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in a wide range of contentious and advisory matters, including contractual liability disputes, enforcement proceedings, insolvency-related matters, as well as intellectual property and unfair competition disputes.
In addition, Raluca has experience in legal advisory and transactional matters, including contract review, corporate and non-profit governance, due diligence projects and legal risk assessments.
Her dual academic background in law and economics, complemented by a master’s degree in business analysis, enables her to approach legal matters from both a legal and commercial perspective, with a focus on practical and business-oriented solutions.
