Expertise

Cristina’s practice focuses on consumer protection and advertising compliance, providing legal assistance to clients in aligning their operations with the national and European legislative frameworks.

Her work covers advisory matters related to product labelling, price display and advertising practices, including the review of marketing and promotional materials and guidance on compliance with the regulations applicable to promotional campaigns.

Cristina also assists clients in their interactions with the authorities active in this field, in particular the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and the National Audiovisual Council (CNA).

She prepares legal memoranda supporting clients in ensuring compliance with the legislation applicable to the promotion and commercialization of a wide range of products, including food and non-food products, dietary supplements, confectionery products and other consumer goods, with particular attention to requirements regarding clear, accurate and transparent consumer information.

Cristina also contributes to projects related to e-commerce compliance, including matters concerning online sales and the drafting of terms and conditions for websites and mobile applications. She provides day-to-day legal assistance to clients active in the retail sector.

In addition, Cristina has been involved in corporate law projects and has contributed to legal representation in disputes concerning intellectual property and consumer protection, both in commercial and administrative litigation.

Beyond client work, Cristina is actively involved in initiatives dedicated to law students rolled out by BACIU PARTNERS.
