Expertise
Adding to her legal studies, Adina is a qualified a European trademark and design attorney and national patent attorney, as well as a qualified chemist.
A substantial part of her work is focuses on trademark related issues, including filing, prosecution and opposition to complex litigation cases.
Complementary, she has a strong practice in relation to patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate and validity opinions, as well as in infringement and nullity actions with particular docus in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutical science and chemical engineering.
Her expertise also covers supplementary protection certificates for pharmaceutical products.
During the cours of her career, she worked as an examiner with the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM) and was a member of highly reputable IP team with Romanian law firms.
