Expertise

With a strong focus on consumer protection and advertising compliance, Cristina provides legal assistance for clients in aligning their operations with the national and European legislative frameworks. This includes advising on product labeling, price display and advertising practices, reviewing and advising on campaign regulations, and advertising materials, also facilitating interactions with the relevant authorities.


In addition, she prepares due diligence reports, legal memoranda and customized guidance for promoting a wide range of products from foodstuff and dietary supplements to furniture and confectionery.

She also contributes to the legal assistance provided to clients regarding e-commerce compliance concerning online sales, website operations, and data privacy matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.


Cristina is also involved in corporate law projects, participating in the drafting of corporate documentation required for the day-to-day activity of clients.


During her career, Cristina also provided legal representation in dispute resolution cases with a particular focus on intellectual property and consumer protection matters, in both commercial and administrative litigation. Her professional experience also encompasses extensive exposure to construction law matters and contract management of infrastructure construction projects including representation before Romanian courts and Arbitral Tribunals. She also contributed to legal engagements regarding real estate and enforcement procedures.
