Expertise
Denisa provides legal representation to international and domestic entities and natural persons before Romanian courts of law, focusing on civil, commercial, and administrative litigation.
She has solid experience in consumer protection, banking law and enforcement procedures.
Denisa has represented various financial institutions in banking law disputes. She also provided legal assistance in relation to banking secrecy matters and on the compatibility of different forms of lending with national and European provisions regarding credit institutions and capital adequacy.
Her previous experience also encompasses providing legal assistance in matters of employment and family law, with a particular focus on divorce and parental responsibility measures proceedings, division of assets proceedings, or drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements.
