Expertise
Denisa provides legal representation to international and domestic entities and natural persons before Romanian courts of law, focusing on civil, commercial, and administrative litigation.
She has solid experience in consumer protection, gaming & gambling matters, intellectual property aspects and enforcement procedures. Complementing the core business law credentials, Denisa’s experience extends to providing legal assistance in matters related to freedom of expression, with a particular focus on press and media-related matters.
Her previous experience also encompasses providing legal assistance in matters of employment and family law, with a particular focus on divorce and parental responsibility measures proceedings, division of assets proceedings, or drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements.
Denisa has also represented financial institutions in banking disputes and advised on banking secrecy and the compliance of lending structures with national and EU regulations.
