Expertise
A national patent, European trademark and design attorney, Monica’s practice covers the filing and prosecution of national patent, utility model and international (PCT) applications, with a focus on the chemical, pharmaceutical and material science fields.
Her expertise also extends to supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) and European patent validations, as well as the handling patent maintenance, recordals and documentary searches.
Additionally, she manages trademark filing, maintenance and recordals.
Throughout her career, Monica has spent nine years as a patent attorney within the intellectual property team of a reputable Romanian business law firm and has collaborated with several renowned local and international IP firms.
