The workplace is increasingly influenced by transparency, technology, workforce expectations and operational pressure points that evolve, unsurprisingly, faster than organizations do.
WORK IN PROGRESS is a BACIU PARTNERS project designed as a series of focused initiatives exploring the intersection between workplace dynamics, legal strategy and business reality.
The inaugural edition, Beyond the Gap is an event dedicated to Pay Transparency and structured to explore how the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive is becoming more than an employment law topic. Across industries, it is already stress-testing internal alignment, employee expectations (and, very importantly understanding of the concepts, benefits and results), litigation exposure and, last but definitely not least, communication strategies.
