Dispute Resolution Lawyer
ABOUT YOU
The suitable candidate for this role:
- Fully fledged lawyer with 5-6 years of professional experience
- Substantial exposure to civil and commercial law litigation and strong commend of the civil procedure
- Prior experience in intellectual property disputes is preferable, but not mandatory
- Ability to constructively interact with various practice groups and with all levels of seniority
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Open-minded and curiosity-driven behavior with a team player mindset
ABOUT THE ROLE
- As member of the BACIU PARTNERS team, you can expect to provide legal assistance to some of the most prominent names in the business, companies that originate from all corners of the globe and are active across industries including retail, technology, FMCG, entertainment, sports, or luxury goods
- Your work will be dynamic and diverse. You will be involved into our team’s varied dispute resolution matters, and will have the opportunity to employ your critical thinking, initiative, and ability to take ownership, while also use judgment and discretion to address issues from strategy design and documents drafting to court representation
