Adina Bădărău and Ileana Nicolescu-Decsei will join the intellectual property community attending the 2026 AIPPI World Congress.
The much-anticipated yearly event brings together intellectual property professionals from around the world to examine developments in IP law and practice, exchange perspectives across jurisdictions and strengthen professional connections.
This year’s discussions include questions with practical implications for rights holders, from parody as a defence to trademark infringement to online copyright infringement, geoblocking and patent protection.
Ileana and Adina bring complementary experience to these conversations: Adina works across trademarks and patents, combining her qualifications as a European trademark and design attorney and a Romanian patent attorney, while Ileana ensured representation on complex IP litigation, including patent and trademark disputes.
