From due diligence and deal structuring to negotiation techniques and live case scenarios, SELS delivered a comprehensive legal learning journey — framed by powerful social and networking moments that forged genuine international connections.

Through our session “A Global View on M&A” and the interactive workshop “Cross-Border M&A: A Strategic Approach”, our team led by Corina Roman and including Bianca Tudose — guided participants through real-world deal dynamics, encouraging them to think critically, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions.

The result was a truly collaborative experience that reflected our core belief: knowledge grows stronger when shared — and louder when amplified.
