Andreea Bende and Zsófia Halmágyi will represent BACIU PARTNERS during the highly anticipated ECTA’s 42nd Annual Conference.

• Andreea is a member of the Designs Committee within ECTA, currently involved in various Committee’s task forces dedicated to a) following the upcoming Design Reform legislation in the European Union, b) the copyright/design cumulative protection under EU national laws, c) raising awareness to design rights, and d) impact of AI to design protection and enforcement, among others.
• Zsófia is a member of the Law Committee within ECTA, where she is currently involved in the Committee’s task force “Abuse of the EUIPO User Area credentials”.
