Managing IP |  Awards Gala 2025 – Shortlists Announced

Ileana Nicolescu has been nominated for the highly-anticipated Rising Stars award by the highly reputable Managing IP. 

Specializing in dispute resolution, Ileana has successfully contributed to complex IP cases, demonstrating sharp legal acumen and dedication. A young member of AIPPI and a contributor to the European Patent Litigation in Practice (EPLP) journal, she is also committed to mentoring the next generation of professionals. Ileana is strongly involved in BACIU PARTNERS’ collaborations with student associations and is a jury member and MC for the Moot Court Competition on Intellectual Property organized with ELSA Bucharest.

This prestigious nomination acknowledges Ileana’s remarkable evolution with a focus on intellectual property law.

Winners of the 2025 Awards program will be honored during the 20th annual Managing IP gala that will take place in London on April 10, 2025.
