We are thrilled to share that BACIU PARTNERS is once again an Asset Partner at the Summer ELSA Law School (SELS) Bucharest on Mergers and Acquisitions, one of the flagship events organized by ELSA Bucharest and dedicated to the international law student community.

The full-week event that will take place in July 2025, a blend of knowledge sharing, skills crafting, and cultural immersion, is designed to bring together law students with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. It offers the opportunity to broaden perspectives in the intricate field of transactional legal work. As the organizers have highlighted, the event also features social and cultural programs that foster cross-cultural understanding, forge lasting international friendships, and showcase the beauty of Bucharest.

Corina Roman and Bianca Tudose are set to lead an engaging and interactive discussion on the much-anticipated theme “A global view on M&A.” This session will mark the opening of the Beyond Borders section of the 2025 SELS.
