BACIU PARTNERS is pleased to announce the continued growth of its Dispute Resolution practice with the addition of Laura Șendroiu as Managing Associate.

Laura brings more than 10 years of experience, including previous roles with law firms such as Reff & Associates (part of Deloitte Legal) and Dragne & Asociații. She has consistently represented prominent multinational corporations, major financial institutions, and leading real estate developers in high-stakes, multi-million-euro mandates covering complex commercial, regulatory, corporate, and real estate litigation, as well as high-volume debt recovery disputes and enforcement proceedings.

In addition to her court activity, Laura is regularly involved in designing case strategy and in negotiating or assisting on pre-litigation matters. Her track record includes managing high-profile disputes involving corporate M&A litigation (shareholder disputes, corporate challenges, dissolutions), as well as civil and commercial lawsuits such as land ownership claims, employment challenges, and insolvency and bankruptcy procedures. Her dispute resolution capabilities are further complemented by experience in IP transactional matters, consumer protection, and administrative litigation.

Reflecting this broad-spectrum expertise, Laura’s practice spans across several of the most dynamic sectors in the Romanian business landscape, including retail, real estate, natural resources, banking, and insurance.
