When we say that at BACIU PARTNERS we create the context for our team members to make their voices heard, we mean it in every sense of the word – including through music or charity contribution.

Passion is at the heart of everything we do. Watching our colleagues nurture their passions within a professional environment inspires us and those around us, fosters creativity, builds confidence, and reinforces the sense that we’re in the right place at the right time.

This spirit came to life during the second edition of the IP Winter Cocktail Party under the auspice of the IPR Working Group (GLPPI), with Anca Stefanescu Toma and George-Mihai Irimescu taking the stage as part of a “no-name band” comprised of IP professionals united by their love for music.

An informal event dedicated to Romania’s IP community, this gathering also has a strong charity component to benefit the Asociatia Carusel, with a music-related twist, naturally, which we were happy to support – and here is our cue to thank colleagues, clients and friends who generously got involved and donated!.

The event also served as a prelude to the 2025 theme announced by the World Intellectual Property Organizations (WIPO) for the World IP Day – “IP and Music: Feel the Beat of IP” – making the celebration even more meaningful. Like intellectual property, music is a universal language that connects us, drives innovation, and celebrates creativity.

Through moments like these, we continue to affirm our commitment to a culture that values individuality, encourages collaboration, and harmonizes personal passions with professional excellence.
