BACIU PARTNERS is pleased to announce the promotion of two of its lawyers, who are assuming new roles within the firm.
Cristina STOICA – promoted to Senior Associate
Cristina’s practice focuses on consumer protection and advertising compliance. She provides legal assistance to clients in aligning their operations with the national and European legislative frameworks, and in relation to their interactions with the authorities active in this field, in particular the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and the National Audiovisual Council (CNA).
Her work covers advisory matters related to product labelling, price display and advertising practices, including the review of marketing and promotional materials and guidance on compliance with the regulations applicable to promotional campaigns.
Cristina also contributes to projects related to e-commerce compliance, including matters concerning online sales and the drafting of terms and conditions for websites and mobile applications.
Beyond client work, Cristina is actively involved in initiatives dedicated to law students rolled out by BACIU PARTNERS.
Denisa DRĂGUȘIN – promoted to Senior Associate
Denisa provides legal representation to international and domestic entities, as well as individuals, before Romanian courts of law, focusing on civil, commercial and administrative litigation.
She has solid experience in consumer protection, gaming & gambling matters, as well as banking law and enforcement procedures. Her previous experience also encompasses providing legal assistance in matters related to employment and family law.
Denisa is one of the lawyers involved in the Moot Court Competition in Intellectual Property organized by BACIU PARTNERS, as well as in other initiatives dedicated to law students.
